Hi, I'M KASS!


Some might cringe a little or roll their eyes with laughter saying "of course you were," but I was always that friend who had her camera at birthday parties and gatherings. My favorite part about taking these was not only to capture that particular memory, but to be able to share these memories with everyone even years later.


In 2018, I created my business in the freelance field. I studied at Grant MacEwan (2015-2018) where I got to learn more about my passion for photography and develop further skills. While studying photography, I also dove into illustration and graphic design. If I didn't have my camera attached to my hip, it was my sketchbook. Going through high school, it made me wonder how I could take my passions and make it into a career... that's where graphic design came in to play! It was basically the best of both world where I could take photography and different mediums of art and, well, mash it all together! Branding (logo & collateral design), prints, posters, publications & book layouts and bookbinding, are just some of my favorites to dive into when it comes to the world of design.


At the end of the day, I'm a bubbly individual who loves to be silly and lighthearted. I'm one of those people who you can (sometimes) hear laughing across the room, and you'll know where I am. Through many adversities through my life, I've really learned that life is too short and we need to make every minute count - as cliche as that phrase is. To make those minutes count even more, why not capture it so that you can look back on that memory in the physical form too?
